Was a pretty awesome day. Went boarding, got caught in an unexpected snow storm, threw down some sick runs with Barrett and Jon, bbq'ed, and yeah--great day :]

It really is an amazing day today. Everything just feels right :]. I really wish I could go out and shoot right now but this lab report is really taking longer than I expected! Did I mention that it was a BEAUTIFUL day?! Today's shot will have to wait until after I get out of my lab (which is at 10pm! boo). Regardless I have something in mind :] and it has to do with exploding crayons or lightbulbs ;P. Have a great day everyone, I'll update this post asap!

Freeze 39/365
Sitting in front of the lake last night watching the lights fly by with a Vj waiting for Chad to come back with water, I realized how nice everything really was. Such epiphanies seem cliche, but life is really what you make it. It's not what you buy or what you drive, it's what you appreciate. I really wish I could've just froze everything where it was for a second just to take it all in.

monday night 26/365
So I'm finally 21 haha. I found it pretty hard not to laugh a bit when the cashier asked for my id and I could give it to her with no hesitations. I had a great birthday with some amazing friends just hanging out. Thanks everyone that's been in my life so far to make me who I am today. Through all the ups and downs in the past, I suppose the only thing that matters is whats happening today and enjoying things for how they are--not how they were or will be. I've been pretty satisfied with whats come out from this perspective and think I'll stick with it.

Caught in the rain 25/365
So while working today in Long Beach, CUHH, I saw a really dark cloud coming and figured it would start raining in an hour. About 10 minutes later all hell had broken loose and marble sized rain drops began to fall and let's just say that getting caught unexpectedly in the rain is extremely overrated.

I went on a little adventure with Virgil tonight and during the Domo shoot a stranger walked by with a case of beers and kindly offered us some. Contrary to our expectations considering the freezing weather, the beers were unfortunately warm. At least Domo enjoyed them more than we did :P

Spring 19/365
Today's warmth was a welcomed guest after the recent storms. I'm really surprised as how fast the last few months have gone by. So much has changed in such a short amount of time but no one ever said change is necessarily bad either. Taking it a day at a time and so far, its quite nice :)
oh yeah! 1 week until the least sober year of my life :D
